Common Myths vs the Real Facts About Gambling
Many new players are drawn in by inaccurate beliefs. Understand the facts before you place a bet.
Myth
"A slot that hasn't paid out in a long time is due to win now"
Fact
Every slot spin is controlled by a Random Number Generator (RNG) that operates completely independently. Previous results have no effect on future results whatsoever.
Myth
"A run of losses means a big win is just around the corner"
Fact
This is known as the Gambler's Fallacy. Every bet stands on its own — luck does not "accumulate" from previous spins.
Myth
"There is a guaranteed winning system for baccarat"
Fact
No strategy eliminates the house edge over the long run. Good bankroll management matters more than any betting system.
Myth
"Depositing more increases your win rate"
Fact
The deposit amount does not change a game's RTP. The house edge stays the same regardless of how much you put in.
Myth
"Playing at certain times increases your chances of winning"
Fact
The RNG does not recognise time. Your chances of winning are the same in the morning as they are at midnight — there is no "golden hour" for slots or casino tables.
Myth
"Switching accounts or devices helps improve your luck"
Fact
Game outcomes are determined at the server level, not the device. Changing your phone or account does not alter the RNG algorithm.
Gambling is entertainment for adults aged 21 and above. Set a budget limit before you play and stop when that limit is reached. If gambling starts to affect your daily life, seek help through our Responsible Gambling programme.
How Live Betting and Cash Out Work
Real-time betting means you place bets while a match is in progress. Odds move in line with the flow of the game — changing after goals, red cards or other key moments. Markets may be briefly suspended when such events occur before reopening.
Popular Live Markets
The goal advantage is reset based on the current score and time remaining — the most active market in football.
Predict the total number of goals at the end of the first half only — the market closes when the half-time whistle blows.
Choose whether Team A or Team B will score next — odds change quickly in line with attacking pressure.
Predict the total number of corner kicks at the end of the match. A popular choice for players who follow match statistics.
For badminton fans — predict the winner of each set or the total points in the set currently being played.
What is Cash Out?
Cash Out lets you settle a bet early at a value based on the current live odds — either in full or partially. Available on many sports markets.
3 Practical Tips:
- Use Cash Out to lock in a small profit when match conditions start to shift.
- Avoid cashing out too early just because of nerves — the value offered changes in line with current odds.
- Partial Cash Out is useful when you want to secure part of your winnings while letting the rest of the bet run.

Game Studio Variety in Modern Online Casinos
A good online casino does not rely on a single game source. Instead, it brings together different types of studios to suit the preferences of different players.
Premium Slot Studios
Companies that produce high-animation video slots with advanced mechanics such as Megaways, cluster pays and bonus buy features. RTP is usually published for transparency.
Live Dealer Studios
Providers that stream professional dealers from licensed studios in Eastern Europe and Asia — offering Baccarat, Blackjack, Roulette and Sic Bo live.
Asia-Themed Studios
Providers that specialise in Asia-themed slots, fishing games and culturally relevant titles — very popular among Southeast Asian players.
Crash and Instant Game Studios
Newer providers offering fast-round games with provably fair mechanics — suited for short, high-intensity play sessions.
